Plate or tube type heat exchangers are commonly used for the heating of the product. On one side of the heat exchangers, product flows & other side of the heater, hot water flows. The function of the hot water module is to heat the hot water with steam. Such hot water modules are used in the pasteurizers, sterilizers, heat tracers used for the ghee or similar products.
